Goodbye 2023
A year of bittersweet and miracles + Wishes for 2024
👋 Hello, dear creative.
This is my last letter of 2023 and I want it to be nice and sweet! First, let me thank you for reading my letters this year, sharing and commenting. It was another year of lessons on Substack. We end the year with 233 of us. Even If I hoped that I would grow to 300 readers at this date, I am pretty happy with the slow growth. I was able to nurture my voice and celebrate those who are already here. Thank you for sticking around and being a part of this journey.
✨ Arrivederci 2023
For me, 2023 was a year of many challenges and miracles in my personal and professional life. The first 6 months were like a desert, I was at the edge of giving up. Then the 6 remaining months became a testimony of transformation. There were many small celebrations: I stayed consistent with my newsletters. I succeeded in working with two amazing and inspiring clients on branding projects. They reminded me of design for good. I also did my first live event that confirmed and launched my first official book in the making. Furthermore, I had super cool collaborations and I reignited past ones. It was definitely a year of invitations to play.
Thanks to the tools I created, I was able to support creatives and entrepreneurs. I started mentoring creatives through the ADP list. I met some inspiring and dedicated minds. It made me realize that my journey and challenges could help others overcome and thrive with more ease.
In 2021, I created the Pivotal 12 months to help me start my new year. I updated it and added a page for planning and recording steps to see that goal come to pass. Feel free to download it. I hope it will be a useful tool for 2024.
✨ Wishing 2024
I wish you a year of green lights, a year of spark and overcoming. A year of bliss and and ease. A year of play even when it is not the norm. A year of joy and celebration of the work of your hands, of your dear ones and new friends. A year of allowing and releasing, one that opens your eyes to the truth of your season. A year that looks at you right in the eye. And you do the same but in your mind, you state: ‘‘I told you I would be here like this, I kept my promise Future Self’’.
May your words align with your thoughts and actions. Congruency is my wish for myself and for you all!
Expect the best. Prepare for the worst.

I like Zigglar's outlook! it's like Tony Robbins, but way more relatable to me. His concept that you can control a certain percentage of outcomes in your life, and that they are worth the effort, is something that sticks with me today. Happy new year, Keva!
